252Basics is a unique Sunday School experience for children in Kindergarten through the 5th grade. The curriculum teaches Three Basic Truths that every child needs to learn from Jesus’ example found in Luke 2:52, which are:
- I need to make the Wise Choice;
- I can trust God no matter what; and
- I should treat others the way I want to be treated.
Children will learn a new virtue each month and that virtue is driven home each week with a Bottom Line. Please click on our Links page and then click on 252Basics to find a video for this month’s virtue. The curriculum covers 36 virtues with 150 Bible stories over a 3 year time frame. That means that after your child graduates from 5th grade, they will have experienced each virtue twice.
Children begin and end each Sunday School hour with small group time with a large group time in between.
